My engineering degree and tailoring expertise give me a unique edge in understanding sizing, fit, body shapes and stretch fabrics. I take pride in creating patterns that follow natural curves while ensuring mobility and comfort.

4 steps to bring your fashion vision to life

analysis

First, we’ll dive into a thorough analysis of your design.

No matter if you provide a rough sketch, detailed tech pack, or draped sample – I’ll carefully analyze every aspect to lay the groundwork for success.

development

Next, I unleash my pattern-making magic using accurate size charts and proven base blocks.

You get to see your design come to life in a digital 3D prototype. This allows us to visualize the look and feel of the garment before cutting one piece of latex.

physical sample

Once you give the digital version your stamp of approval, I finalize the pattern pieces in your required sample size.

If any final tweaks are needed after reviewing the physical sample, I’m happy to make the adjustments.

grading

When the physical prototype is approved, I grade the pattern across your desired size range.

Stretch fabrics are quite forgiving, but they cannot magically make all fit issues disappear.

But don’t worry! This is where made to measure steps into the spotlight. My Remote Tailoring Service is the answer to unflattering garments. After all, fashion is about making everyone look and feel fantastic!

Using this service is a breeze. Your pattern is already primed for this process by default. The only extra step is for your customer to scan themselves. Within a week or so I will send you a custom-fitted pattern that will make your designs sing!
